Zack Nasnas is a creative and innovative entrepreneur with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Zack, prior to founding and operating a number of highly successful food service ventures, work his way up from “private to General” in the restaurant & Retail sectors.
Carla, bringing several years of industry experience and expertise in managing staff and build a dynamic professional team through her unique training technics. Conductive to create positive team relationships resulting in optimal customer service. Passionate about her food and recipes resulting in putting flames national and international one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in the industry.
